Your mental health during lock down


The COVID-19 lockdown is having an impact on our mental and physical health.


Very many young people report a lack of sleep,anxiety, depression and are eating more food or less healthily than before.   This is because we are settling in for a life style we have not been used to before, these such challenges are expected but with help or by simply talking to someone we can overcome them.


It is so important that we help young people take care of their mental well-being as well as their physical health over the challenging weeks and months ahead of us. Are you going through Depression over Drugs or substance abuse and need a safe space where you can talk to someone?
